Wesflex has manufactured diversified products ranging from garden hose to flag poles. Specializing in telecommunications conduit and water pipe, the company has directed its efforts to products of polyethylene. The company has implemented and continues to update quality assurance programs and policies worthy of the public trust. The products manufactured by the company are of the highest quality high and medium density polyethylenes as required by the American Society for Testing Material (ASTM) specifications and the market.
Wesflex is located in Shasta Lake, California. This facility include extrusion lines, a machine and welding shop, and material conversion (grinding and compounding) equipment.
The manufacturing area is 45,000 square feet and is supplemented by approximately eight acres of storage. This location operates eight extrusion lines with nameplate capacity of approximately 12 million pounds of product per year. The plant presently operates continuously.
In Shasta Lake, slightly over two hours drive north of Sacramento, the company is situated approximately midway between Seattle and San Diego, allowing overnight delivery to almost anywhere in the Western United States. In order to provide quick response, Wesflex maintains a fleet of trucks with tandem trailers capable of shipment at any time day or night.
